<b class='font-bold'>Cancellation Policy:</b>

<ul><li><b class='font-bold'>100% Refund:</b> For cancellations made one month or more in advance of the arrival date, <b class='font-bold'>100% of the amount paid</b> will be refunded.</li><li><b class='font-bold'>50% Charge:</b> For cancellations made two weeks in advance, a charge of <b class='font-bold'>50% of the total reservation amount</b> will apply.</li><li><b class='font-bold'>No Refund:</b> No refunds will be made for cancellations with <b class='font-bold'>less than two weeks' notice</b> or if the customer has booked with <b class='font-bold'>non-refundable promotional rates.</b></li></ul><br/><br/><b class='font-bold'>Security Deposit:</b><br/><br/>For your stay at our <b class='font-bold'>exclusive Casa Kalma</b>, a <b class='font-bold'>security deposit of 500 euros</b> is required, which must be delivered in cash at check-in. This amount will be <b class='font-bold'>refunded on the day of your check-out</b>, once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as it was delivered.<br/><br/>

<b class='font-bold'>General Terms:</b>

<ul><li><b class='font-bold'>Liability:</b> Kalma Holiday is committed to providing the highest quality service, but <b class='font-bold'>is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control</b>, such as adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.</li><li><b class='font-bold'>Property Conditions:</b> Guests agree to respect the <b class='font-bold'>rules and regulations of the property</b> during their stay. Any damage caused will be the <b class='font-bold'>responsibility of the guest</b>, and the corresponding charges for repair will apply.</li><li><b class='font-bold'>Privacy:</b> At Kalma Holiday, we respect and protect the <b class='font-bold'>privacy of our customers</b>, strictly complying with the <b class='font-bold'>applicable data protection laws in Spain.</b></li></ul>
