<ul><li><b class='font-bold'>100% Refund:</b> If you inform us one month or more in advance of your reservation, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.</li><li><b class='font-bold'>50% Charge:</b> If you inform us two weeks in advance of the arrival date, a 50% charge of the total reservation amount will apply.</li><li><b class='font-bold'>No Refund:</b> If you inform us less than two weeks in advance or if you accept any of our non-refundable discounted rates, no refund will be made.</li></ul>

<ul><li><b class='font-bold'>Liability:</b> Kalma Holiday strives to provide high-quality services, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events or situations beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.</li><li><b class='font-bold'>Property Conditions:</b> Guests must respect the rules and regulations of the property during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged accordingly.</li><li><b class='font-bold'>Privacy:</b> Kalma Holiday respects your privacy and complies with all applicable data protection laws in Spain.</li></ul>
